Privacy Policy — yourstorefronts.com

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This page explains what information we collect, where it comes from, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Who we are

yourstorefronts.com is operated from the mailing address 2525 Arapahoe Ave Ste E4 #1427, Boulder, CO 80302, USA. Contact is handled under the name James at james@yourstorefronts.com. For anything on this page — questions, deletion requests, corrections — that address is the way to reach us, and a real person reads it.

2. Businesses we contact

We build sample websites for local businesses and email those businesses a one-time offer to buy the site. To do that, we collect public business-contact information: business name, address, phone number, email address, website address, social media links, opening hours, review counts, and location details.

It comes from two places: public Google Maps listings (collected for us by a scraping service) and the business's own public website. We collect it before we have had any contact with the business — that is how a cold offer works, and we would rather say so plainly. We use it to build the sample site and to send the offer emails; every email we send identifies us and contains an unsubscribe link and our postal address.

3. If you do not want to hear from us

Click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails — one click, no login, no questions. That records an opt-out and we stop emailing you. We keep your address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again in the future. If you would rather have your information deleted entirely instead of suppressed, email james@yourstorefronts.com and we will delete it.

4. How long we keep it

Honestly: we currently keep business-lead information indefinitely, and we do not delete it automatically. Ending outreach to a business removes the sample site we built, but not the contact record. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.

5. Buyers

Checkout happens on Stripe's payment page, not ours. Stripe collects your email address and card details; what we receive back is your email address and a payment identifier — nothing else. Your card details never reach us. We use your email to send your receipt, deliver your claim page, and answer support questions about your purchase.

6. Automated processing

We use AI services in building the sample sites: they read the business's public website text and public customer reviews, and they generate the site's content. Text processing is done with Anthropic; screenshots and images are analyzed with Google Gemini. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect on you is made automatically — the output is a website draft, which you are free to ignore.

7. Websites we sell

After purchase, the website is transferred to the buyer and runs on the buyer's own accounts. Contact forms and signup forms on those sites collect visitor details (such as name, email, phone, and message), and those details go to the business owner. Once the site is transferred, we no longer control that data — the business owner running the site is responsible for it, including for providing their own privacy notice to their visitors.

8. Who else handles data

We use these services to run things; each sees only what its role requires:

  • Supabase — database and file storage.
  • Stripe — payments.
  • Google — email delivery, and image analysis (Gemini).
  • Anthropic — text generation.
  • Apify — collecting public listing data.
  • Jina — reading public web pages.
  • Resend — sending receipts.
  • GitHub, Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare — code hosting, site hosting, and domains.

9. Your choices

You can opt out of our emails, ask us to delete your information, request a copy of what we hold about you, or correct anything that is wrong. For any of these, email james@yourstorefronts.com.

10. Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The version published here is the current one, and the "Last updated" date above tells you when it last changed.
